Team SUZUKI ECSTAR riders Andrea Iannone and Alex Rins tried-out the all-new GSX-R125 road machines following the Silverstone MotoGP race in the UK this week.
A positive Sunday saw both of Team SUZUKI ECSTAR’s riders improve their performances, enough for Alex Rins to finish the race in a solid 9th position and for Andrea Iannone to lead the warm up session in the morning with the best time, although he ended the race prematurely because of a crash.
Bennetts Suzuki’s Sylvain Guintoli took a top-10 finish in race two at Cadwell Park today, after a challenging weekend at the Lincolnshire circuit and round eight of the MCE British Superbike Championship.
The Red Bull Rings tough circuit in Austria saw Andrea Iannone struggling to capitalize on the improvements made at the weekend for todays race, and as a consequence finishing in 11th place. Team mate Alex Rins finished his race in 21st, taking important steps on his path of development.
After the positive test held on Monday in Brno, Team SUZUKI ECSTAR headed to Austria for the back-to-back race this Sunday.
